Ransom's H1b Visa Experience [At Ottawa]

I went for stamping at Ottawa this morning and I'll get the passport in 4 days. I was told by the interviewer that they will try to get it on Friday and latest Monday. So now I have extend my hotel as well as flight.

Please keep all your cell phones etc in your hotel do not bring it to the consulate. If you bring it than you'll need to deposit it at the gate. Make sure your DS 156 bar code is clearly visible, or else you have to fill it up again once you enter the consulate.

This what happened inside...

I was called on counter number 5:

VO: Can I get your finger prints.
Once done...
VO: Please be seated and you'll be called for an interview.

After 45 minutes I was called on counter 4:

VO: When did you arrive in US?
Me: I told her in 2001 for BS and than I did my MS in 2004.
VO: Can I see your Degrees.
VO: Can I see your I129 and employment verification letters.
Me: I showed her all the documents.
VO: What do you do at work.
Me: I told her what was my role at work.
VO: Can I see your last 3 paystubs.

After that she told me that she is satisfied with
everything and she'll try to give the passport on Friday and if not Monday.

You should not have any issues if you have all your paper work.
