I have collected the H1 B visa experiences published in this blog by searching various websites and by spending lot of time. Since I didn’t find some of their mail id’s there I couldn’t take permission from all the people whose H1b visa experiences I have posted here in this blog. Anyhow because their intention was also to share their experience with others so i had posted without their permission, but i took acceptance from few of them. I thought of posting both success and failure experiences of H1B visa stamping. If you would like to share your experience too, please send it to satyadon@gmail.com.

Successful Stamping @ Chennai

I had interview last week and got stamped..

It was over in less than 5 minutes (the whole process of entering the embassy and leaving)
It was bcos I went with my family(Wife and 1 year old son).So good news for people going with family - No need to wait in lines at all..

This forum is the only reference I had for my stamping..I never been to embassy before, So this forum helped a lot. Thanks for i2surf and cooldude and others..

Regarding questions asked by VO..

1. Who is your current employer? What is your experience?
2. Do you have LCA?
3. Have you been to US before?
4. Do you have a project?
5. How did you get your petition documents?
6. DO you have Tax information of the company?

To my wife
6. How long you have been married?
7. How old is your son?

You can answer these depending on your situation..I was in US before for 7 years and I stressed that while answering these qs..

He was writing something in the computer while I was answering..It makes you little worried, But be confident..he was also observing your body language..

Thanks again for all who made this forum so much helpful..

I will do my dollar worth when I browse the site..

Thanks
Kush
