2) Visa Support Form from employer to the US Consulate.
4) Offer letter from my present company
5) I129 petition for a nonimmigrant worker
6) H Classification Supplement to Form I-129
7) H1-B Data collection and Filing Fee Exemption Supplement
8) Certified Labor Condition Application LCA
9) Petitioner's Letter submitted in support of the I-129 petition
10) Pay stubs
11) W2 (for 3yrs)
12) Tax Returns

1) US Degree-Transcripts
2) Original Certificates (Graduation (from India) and Inter, Xth mark sheets and other Technical Certifications)
3) Resume
4) Experience letters from previous employers
5) All I-20's
6) OPT Card

1) company tax papers (if company is small/if possible)
2) Social security card
3) 6/12 months Bank Statements
4) Utility bills(I took my cell phone bills)
5) Copies of Previous I797
6) Copies of all my i-20's i got when i was a student Needed
7) My Driving license
8) My offer letters from my previous companies
9) Educational certificated related with my undergrad and high school studies that i did prior to coming to the US
10) Company - Employee ID Card/Badge
11) Copy of credentials Evaluation if done
12) Pics of Company and your workplace
My case was a H1-H1.
